GCSE

With the changes to the GCSE exams this year, results were not quite up to the level of last year, but a significant number of students produced some outstanding results. Four of our Year 11 cohort scored three ‘9s’ in the new English language, English literature and maths exams. This is exceptional as there were only 2000 students in the whole country to achieve this. There were a number of students with multiple A* and achieving well above their indicator grades.

Harry Ashby (3 x 9’s, 7A*), Michael Wetherill (3 x 9’s, 7A*), Max Lister (3 x 9’s, 5A*, 2A), Elizabeth White (3 x 9’s, 5A*, 2A), Charli Austin (2 x 9’s, 7A*, 1 x 8), Fynley Cooke (2 x 9’s, 6A*, 1 x 8, 1A), Eliza Tyrrel (1 x 9, 7A*, 1 x 8, 1 x 7)
